Ventspils University College was founded in 1997. It is a self-governing state university college and scientific institution and its basic activity is to carry out scientific research and to implement academic and professional study programmes. University is offering possibility to practise or create your own business in the Ventspils Business Incubator. University is located in Latvia (EU) - next to the Baltic Sea.
All students can stay at university dormitory and take different sport activities (without charge) as swimming, volleyball, football, basketball, skating etc. University and dormitory has free WiFi connection and access to scientific data bases into library of university.

* If the candidate does not have IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge English language certificate, it is possible to pass free of charge online English language test (the instructions will be given after registration fee payment has been done and application documents have been received)
All International students are required to have an internationally recognized English proficiency qualification (IELTS 6.0 and over; TOEFL (PBT) 500, TOEFL (IBT) 70 or university test 60% and over) and diploma of secondary education.
