The Montreux School of Business is a good private university, located in Montreux, in a beautiful part of Switzerland. The location of the university is absolutely amazing; students can enjoy the picturesque view of the Lake Geneva right from the campus. Switzerland has a very attractive position in the Center of Europe, which allows traveling easily. Thus, foreign students can travel around Europe; for example, Montreux is only 3 hours away by train from Milan and 4 hours from Paris.
I am currently finishing my bachelor degree at MSB, and I am very satisfied with the quality of education at the university. Since it is a private university, classes are not big, and professors have time for every student. All the lectures are very lively and interactive; professors often use various visual and audio materials. One of the reasons why the quality of education is very high at MSB, is the relationship between professors and students, professors treat students as equal.
Seminars are also given at the university with professionals from the business world who share their experience with the students. I think it is very helpful to learn from people who are currently running their business, as we live in a constantly changing environment.
Besides lectures and seminars, students can use the sport facilities, which are located 2 minutes away from the university by foot. It is very convenient, because I didn’t have to think about how I could spend my free time after studying, MSB thought about it for me. I go to the gym 3 times a week, and I also use the swimming pool and sauna. Students also have access to the tennis courts.
In general, the atmosphere at the university is very international and at the same time very friendly. We usually have special dinners all together and the university organizes open house days.
Students don’t feel lonely here at MSB, even if our hometowns are thousands kilometers away. The MSB is like one big family.
