Case Study

Name: Olga Čapule

Country of origin: Latvia

Programme: BA Art of Performance

Overview

Olga Čapule from Latvia has finished Bachelor degree in 2012 of Art of Performance (specialisation – accordion) study programme of the Faculty of Music of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.

“Time flies so fast and I haven't even noticed that these four years are finished. It was very interesting to study at the academy, and in my opinion, there was a lot of good. First of all I want to say, that teachers were very patient and understanding with me, despite the fact that I'm an international student. Also I learned the Lithuanian language during my studies, gained a lot of friends and received a lot of positive impressions and of course music performing experience.

I truly want to thank my teacher Professor Eduardas Gabnys for all his work! He helped me to believe in myself and showed me the exciting world of Music.

The Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre is a great house of creativity for me, and of course - the most important step of my life to make my dreams come true!
