Facilities

Student Association

Student Union HELGA represents all students studying at HAAGA-HELIA. Each Degree Programme or campus has its own student association, and there is also a student association for international degree students, the IDS.

HAAGA-HELIA organizes versatile sport opportunities (gym and sports hall) for its students.

You can have lunch at a student price in all of HAAGA-HELIA’s student restaurants.

Tutoring support

In addition to peer tutoring in all phases of your studies, each degree programme has its own tutor and academic advisor. Special ESN-HELGA tutors are assigned to support the international students in their studies and help them deal with the practicality concerning studies and everyday life. Organizing leisure time activities is also a very important part of the tutoring.

Extensive and versatile e-learning services

Your studies are supported by student’s extranet, where you can find virtual tools for networking, discussions, real time meetings, e-teaching and e-learning. Via internet it is also easy to enroll for the courses and to check grades and study attainments.

Library services

Our printed and electronic collections contain a broad selection of materials. In library there is reading room, silent reading room, computer classroom and teamwork rooms.

Computer facilities

All computer classrooms are provided with Laser printers and working premises with writable CD-drives. Scanners and colour printers can be found in some classrooms. We can also offer you a language lab for your language studies.

Fees

Tuition fees

Bachelor of International Business; tuition fee €9,000 /academic year, tuition fees for the whole degree programme in total €18,000.

Living expenses

The average living expenses range from €600-700 / month depending on one’s lifestyle. Of the above-mentioned sum, you should reserve €250-350 / month for accommodation.
