The Gaudeamus Fair is being held annually in the heart of Europe, providing a meeting place for students from Czech and Slovak republic and educators from around the world. The aim of the fair is to create an efficient and cost-effective platform for international student recruitment.

Student Market Information:

There are 70 000 – 80 000 high school graduates in the Czech Republic. 40 – 50 % of them visit the Gaudeamus Fairs every year. Czech students have a strong desire to pursue their further studies abroad.

What's included as standard

A Standard Equipped Stand includes area rental charge; construction fee – back and side walls 2.5 meters high; a signboard with the name of the institution and booth number; a carpet on the floor of the booth; installation, connection and consumption of electricity for two spotlights of 100 watts for every 6 or 9 m2; two entrance passes for exhibitors to the exhibition grounds and 4 line advert in exhibition catalogue. The allotted exhibition booth includes basic furniture consisting of one table, two chairs and a brochure/leaflet stand.

Applying For Visas

EU passport holders will not require a visa to enter Czech Republic, although you will need a passport. If you do not have an EU passport please check with your local Consulate or Embassy. You might need to apply for a tourist or business visa, although the latter may take much more time to arrange. Visa support is strictly limited to our exhibiting clients. Visa support is NOT provided to visitors.
