The 24th year of The Central European Study Abroad Fair 2017 will be held from the 31 October - 03 November 2017 in Brno, Czech Republic, Europe. The exhibition is the best known education and study abroad fair in central Europe.

The international education fair in the Czech Republic 2017 is the annual Central European Education and Study Abroad Exhibition where Czech and other international institutions offer the most of study opportunities for students from central Europe. The exhibition:

  • Is a unique way to provide direct personal contact between students and exhibitors in a pleasant and dynamic atmosphere.
  • Focuses mainly on providing useful information to individual visitors and discussing study opportunities with them.
  • Offers interesting accompanying programs: Exhibitor's presentations, Let's play with technology, Science for life, Tailor-Made Study Abroad.
  • Is well advertised and has many accompanying programmes to support attendance.
  • Advertising is targeted to high schools, and the students are being personally invited to attend the exhibition.

The Fair is being held under personal patronage of international Embassies, Ministry of Education, Member of The Czech Parliament and the City Mayor.

What's included as standard

Participation includes: one table, two chairs and a brochure/leaflet stand, construction fee – back and side walls 2.5 meters high; a signboard with the name of the institution and booth number; a carpet; installation, connection and consumption of electricity for two spotlights of 100 watts for every 6 or 9 m2; participation of two representatives.

Applying For Visas

EU passport holders will not require a visa to enter Czech Republic, although you will need a passport. If you do not have an EU passport please check with your local Consulate or Embassy. You might need to apply for a tourist or business visa, although the latter may take much more time to arrange. Visa support is strictly limited to our exhibiting clients. Visa support is NOT provided to visitors.
